How do I access the HiveBrite site Admin pages for my Class

You first need to be authorized by the MITALUMNI to have ADMIN access.
Besides being a member of the class, you have to have the additonal ROLE permission to edit the class Website content.

Once you are authorized, the CLASS HELPDESK menu drop-down list will look like this:

... and will include the following Edit Menu Items:

  Image & Document Gallery - for managing content used in web pages

  Page Index - providing links to all PDF pages from Encompass

  Help for Page Editors - providing specific help on the HiveBrite page edit process

  HiveBrite Edit Menu - link to the main Edit Page for the Website



Click on the HiveBrite Edit Menu and a new Tab will open with the Top Level Website Edit Menu showing, which looks like:
